Team Beachbody Refuse to stop billing credit card, Internet

Six months AFTER I notified Beachbody by fax (at their request and requirement) that I no longer wished to be affiliated in any way with their company and did not wish to be a member nor receive products, they continue to bill my credit card. I have made numerous phone calls, sent many emails, and have even been promised refunds, yet I was billed again this month, six months later. I had to get the credit card company to change my card number, so they could not bill me again, and now am receiving collection notices.
