Team Ford Las Vegas Failed to complete oil change service on first trip, causing two trips to finish it right Las Vegas Nevada

Team Ford failed to complete our oil change right the first time, causing us to bring back our vehicle twice. We use our vehicle for an in home daycare so it is important that we have this at all times and not to make a second trip for something that should have been done by a dealership right the first time! When we brought it back in the second time the service advisor tells me that this happens all the time and he gets frustrated, he gave me his business card and wrote the name of the owner for me to call.

well I called the owner after sending many e-mails that were responded to without any help and spoke to his secretary that said he would call me and never to this day has. I have called the BBB and they were no help as Team Ford is one of their members! They are 5 minutes up the road and can't call us to apologize? We bought our vehicle ,there took it to them for everything and this is how the customer service is at Team Ford! We are very disappointed with the service there and at the least expect a phone call from them. I have saved all e-mails that were sent from there to show the lack of spelling and customer service!
