Team Ford totally lied to me about a refund I was supposed to get. They sent me the check at one point then sent me a letter a week later that they had cancelled it. These guys are a bunch of rip-off artists. They scammed me out of $200 which I really counted on based on their promises. My advice is to use another dealer. Ford and Lincoln telephone support was horrible, all these people do is transfer you around, make excuses and pass the buck.
