Team Lear Shelly They called me, and seemed legitimate. They explained that if I paid $440 that I would be receiving listings on pre foreclosures. Since I have been an asset manager, some of the acronyms they were using were accurate, and I didn't realize they were just scamming me out of First money, and my time to do 3 extensive BPO's. I spent 2 days providing extensive photo's and criteria regarding the properties. Denver Colorado
I received a phone call from "Shelley". She introduced herself as an asset manager and she needed someone to provide some BPO's for their company that listed properties. She said it would cost me $440 to join their Team and they would forward properties for me to provide the BPO's and then I would be getting the listings. These were substantial properties.
I not only got ripped off the initial investment, but I spent 2 complete days making sure the BPO's were very thorough with lots of pictures. I provided BPO's for 3 properties. I continued to watch them through the foreclosure process, and called repeatedly about the listings, which of course never came.
I don't know how they continue to stay in business. It has been awhile, I was just so burned, I just got the stamina to give them back a piece of what they gave me..
