Team One Gadsden, Alabama                                                                                                                                                             1149 1st Ave
Gadsden, AL 35901
Sales: (855) 353-5002  Service: (855) 364-5891                                                                                                                                   ·  Mr. Rudy Kirchner, Service Director   ·  Mr. Gary Linam, Owner

1 Overcharge
2 Not honest of the service that was done
Over charge of service (past average cost: $326, Gadsden: $543.21, was over $600 until I told serv. mgr. that I know the cost of the filters. Not honest on Inspection sheet such as vital inspections not checked (front strut, etc). I just replaced air filter myself the day before inspection and on their inspection sheet, air filter was checked "will need future attention" which tells me none of the items were actually looked at.
Paid the overcharge due to 1600 miles yet to travel and critical about my $70,000 investment.
When it’s time to change the oil/filter at 15,000 the engine oil heat is noticeable.
Usually after oil change the oil temp will be back to normal. This being my 3rd trip of 1600 miles back to Colorado my truck when climbing we could travel in the past at about 65/70 pulling our 9-ton (actual certified wt. of RV when I got home: 15,440 lbs.) 5th wheel (truck rated at 20.5K load with 800 psi torque). Going back this time, the oil temperature kept overheating in the 245-degree range. Had to slow down all the way to Trinidad, Colo. at 50 MPH. Pulled into RV park south of Trinidad, the engine was so hot it cracked a radiator hose "Y", had to find a diesel shop the next day and after repairs and a change of oil/filter proceeded on the way home of 350 miles over mountains without incident and oil was back to normal.
In summary: I don't know what oil or if it was even addressed during the service at Team One in Gadsden, Ala., but thank God I was intelligent enough to have it readdressed in Trinidad. Still concerns exist about damage done to my diesel engine.     After the second service, the truck coolants ran normal as they have in the past going 350 miles over the mountains, can't get any plainer than that!

Team One would not settle claiming misinformation that my truck according to them will only tow 17,000 lbs.  Team One Quote: “I sent the specifications on the vehicle and it is clear to me that the vehicle is operating over the capacity specified by the Manufacturer. Therefor I will not be responding to any other accusations”. After I contacted Ram Corporate with my VIN they came back with true tow spec bellow, tried in vain to educate Team one which refused the Facts.

Dear Scott,       Thank you for your reply.
