Team USA Moving and 123movers are scam moving companies that ruined our holidays and have made the first quarter of the year sad and gloomy. My wife was left in charge of our move at the end of last year.

It was a rush move as I was being transfered via the Marine Corps.I no longer post personal info online. My wife found a website at 123movers.com that was supposed to help her with our situation. Instead we were bombarded by these abusive sales people.

My wife spoke with one nice man nameed Josh at Team USA Moving and felt comfortable enough to give him a deposit on our move. Big mistake. Team USA Moving is a broker, not a moving company. Not one single truck. They claim to take care of the customer service for a moving company but thats crap too.

They ended up sending 3 Israeli guys in a rental truck from some company called Able Movers. My wife says they looked high or drunk when they got there and wanted to sleep parked in the yard.

They loaded up pretty quick and got on the road fast enough. The trouble came when they made it to our home. Right away they claimed that we had more stuff then we said and they were overweight. There were going to be additional tariff charges and we needed to be prepared to pay $2000 cash for these overweights. My wife was floored. How could it have gone up so much. They claim our cubic feet was more than standard because of the way we wanted it packed. They ended up refusing to finish unloading the truck unless she paid them. She was forced to do so just to get in the house and be done with it. Now we see they destroyed many of our things and have tried to recharge my credit card for another $2000. We are looking for help to get our money back. Any ideas?

If you were being transferred by the Marine Corps, why didnt they move you?
