Complaint Review: Team4Power

Team4Power is an internet based company.  They are based in China.  They advertise that they provide services and items related to online games.  They advertise that they sell World of Warcraft (WOW) gold (in-game currency), Bind on Equip gear / items, and services.  They have a nice website.  I paid them over $ 230 2 months ago for a gear to be delivered in WOW.  I used PayPal for payment.  For the last two months, they have promised over and over again that they would deliver the gear that was purchased.  They have NEVER delivered.  I disputed the payment with Paypay.  Paypal will not return my $ claiming that they do not return funds paid for intangible products / services.  I have asked Team4Power for a refund multiple times.  They will not return my money or provide the service which has already been paid for.  In my opinion, Team4Power if simply a group on con artists - they market, advertise, take your money, then NEVER deliver.
