This website presents themselves as a local online business that operates within the U.S. I paid $86.00 for a David Johnson Cardinals jersey and the product not only took a month to get to me, but it was completely bootlegged. I originally ordered this product as a Christmas gift weeks before, but I received it Jan 3. The tracking number showed it was being shipped from China and I knew it was going to be bootlegged from that point on. I emailed the customer service address since this is the only contact they provide. Not only do they respond in broken English, but they told me I'd have to pay for the shipping to me and the return shipping if I wanted to return it for a refund. They wouldn't cancel my order even though it hadn't left China yet. Their words verbatim in the email was, "It will be very expensive to pay for the shipping to and from China to return, we can't give a refund until we get the product back, it could get list as well traveling so far". So, basically I'm stuck with a fake, cheap, fraudulent product. They are trying to pass their products off as authentic NFL gear. This has to be illegal. I need to find a way to get this I formation out to people because they don't provide a place on their website for reviews.
