I purchased my 2006 F150 from Teatero Motor Products on Wednesday November 16th

2011. I received the truck on Sunday November 27th at about 6:00 pm.

I financed the truck with the bank the dealer uses.

The dealer arranged to ship it from his location in Seaforth On to me in Thunder Bay On.

I paid 720.00$ on my credit card for shipping.

I signed a few documents sent to me by email before the truck came to my location.

About a week after taking possession of the truck, I received the documents from the bank regarding the financing.

The total amount had jumped up over $2000.00 over the amount agreed on.  At this point I realized I had not been sent a bill of sale.

I contacted "Matt" at TMP and he told me he would "try to get me a copy of the bill of sale"

I sent additional requests and he did not comply.

At this point I KNEW something was wrong and I phoned the bank, only to find out they had a signed copy of a bill of sale and credit application.  Documents I have never seen, or signed!!

The bank sent me a copy of both of these, and upon review, the dealer added a $1250.00 Extended warranty, and forged my signature on the documents.  They are clearly not my signature, infact you can tell they are the dealers as they look the same.

I have contacted the OPP who is investigating as well as the banks fraud department.

Now on to the mileage.

Vehicle was said on all documents to the bank to be listed at 105000 kms, when in fact the milage is actually almost double that of what he indicated.  I discovered this by not only the odometer reading, but by contacting the Vehicle Licensing office and having a VIN search done on the vehicle.

Not only did he put the wrong milage on half the documents, but he made a second bill of sale with the correct milage to send to myself and the Ministry of Transportation for registration.

This dealer is dishonest, they are also criminals.
