This company Teavalize suckers people in by offering a tea to help people lose weight and get healthy but I should have researched it further before purchasing the trial because the trial never came and when I tried to return the product they required a RMA number to do so or they would charge my account $79.95...sound familiar???
That's right another scam by Josh Steinberg..he is on here and on other websites with his girlfriend/partner for other scams as well..

After several attempts and correspondance via email (no phone number available of course) they just kept offering me to keep the tea at a discounted rate so finally I was forced to return the product via UPS and they still debited my account the $79.95.

I tried to get ahold of them but now I get no response at all except the automated company email saying they will respond within 48 hours but nothing..

I have had to close my credit card, file a claim with the bank and to top it off..am out tons of money for fees..after looking on google, I find out that Josh Steinberg and Juliette Sussman are the co founders of this company so, I find Josh's number here and call him..no answer

He calls me back and tells me he is not affiliated with this company at all but has recievd many calls regarding it. Then right before hanging up(so rude) he says well, I will contact the coman y for you and tell them about your call...I replied with a simple question.."how, they have no phone number so, are you affiliated with them??" he hung p on me and now will not answer or call me back..
These people must be stopped..if anyone knows how to reach this woman Juliette please let me know...
