Complaint Review: Teavana

Teavana We paid for 3 day shipping. It will arrive after 7...not in time for our daughter for Christmas Stratford, Connecticut

Our daughter wanted Teavana's teamaker for Christmas.  We ordered it with plenty of time for delivery (12/19).   In tracking our order, since it hadn't arrived yet, we found it wouldn't be delivered until Dec. 28.  Here is the copy of the letter I wrote:

To Whom it may concern,

As you can see, our order for your tea set (for our daughter), was processed and began spipment on the 19th of December.  The delivery we paid for was for 3 days.  In checking the tracking number through UPS, we found out it won't be delivered until December 28th.  This is unacceptable.  I'm sure you'll blame UPS, but the fact remains, the buck stops with you and if you don't have a reliable shipper, it only hurts your business. Our order is small and only a little over $20, but every dollar counts...right?  Additionally, you phone message box was full, which leads me to believe ours is not an isolated incident

Our daughter, specifically wanted items from your company and we'll show her where her Christmas gift is via the UPS tracker.  Rest assured, that the Greens and any other people who we may have sent to your website for tea and/or accessories will NOT be shopping at Teavana.   We will be using our voice and making sure others know about this via
