I ordered Windows XP w/Service Pack 3 from Tec-Micro 3/18/11.  Received an email confirmation on the same day that the order will be shipped according to shipping terms (USPS first class). The em ail confirmation had an order number but no date as to when the package was to be shipped.

I called the phone listed on their web site at least 8 eight times starting 3/25/11 to 4/1/2011, but could reach anyone, and could only leave messages, which were never returned.  

On 3/30/11 I was able to reach a representative through on line chat. The representative stated that the system will be updated within the day and you will be automatically sent with tracking information.  Of course, I never anything more from the company.  In fact, when I went back to their website, the Onlone chat option was gone.

I contacted my credit card company and Tek-Micro had already been paid.  I have filed a dispute with my credit card company.  they are going to investigate the transaction.

Bottom Line:  I was ripped off for $100.23 by Tec-Micro and I am not happy.
