On April 21,2003 I paid for a laser toner cartridge using paypal. The item was purchased off of ebay using the buy it now option. Ebay Item #3413726281. On 4/23/2003 I received an automated email from techconnect123@hotmail.com saying that they had generated a shipping label using paypal, and giving me a tracking number. That is the last I have heard from them. UPS tracking shows no item shipped. Their email box is over the limit and my emails are being bounced back. I have phoned twice and got voice mail both times. I have sent a Paypal request for my money to be returned but since their email is not accepting mail, I do not expect it to go through, either. The seller made it quite plain that a non paying bidder would be reported. What about a non shipping seller...

I finally received the toner cartridge I had ordered. It came almost a month late, and only after I had reported the problem to ebay & paypal. The cartridge works fine, but communication was non-existent, and shipping super slow. I don't know if I would re-order from this person or not...
