TECH MASTER ripoff rip-off Auto Repair business from hell deceptive company BRANDON Florida
I was hired to manage the business in Brandon, FL. I DID try to do just that, however, they insisted that I rip off people and I told them that I would not do that. A lady came in (she was refered from another local business) for a speedometer that stopped working. Upon inspection, the tech found that the VSS was dead. I located one at the local dealer. Our cost-about $40, list about $70. They charged $129. Then, for labor, they charged her $200. This is a job that took a total of 10 minutes, INCLUDING DIAGNOSTIC TIME. I could see charging the normal l hour diag time and the .3 replacement time but that only comes up to $78 MAXXXXXXX plus the part!
