BBB says: Processed 93 complaints, 42 no response, 48 unpursuable.

Many many many phone calls, put on hold, hung up on, never call back. Finaly got ahold of someone, sent a fax in with estimate. No response for weeks.


Many phone calls, put on hold, hung up on, finally got Henry 1-800-317-0754@extension 1750. He said the tv was only worth $900 and wasn't worth the 1300 repair bill, they would find a replacement and get back to me. No response for weeks. I found their web site to send an email, but it was returned as a bad address.


I called back and finally got ahold of someone again. He said it wasnt worth $1300 and they would need to find a replacement TV. I called back in a couple of weeks and was finally put through to Henry @ extension 1750. First he wanted to send me a Samsung 58" plasma, I got the model number and checked it out. He then wanted $400 from me for the swap or to send me $900 and call it quits. It was either that or wait until next tuesday when he would get another shipment of refurbrished tv's in..? I called back on Wed Dec 2nd and finally got through to Henry.


They didn't have a sony, but they would replace with a Samsung 61' DLP mod. HL61A650. I checked out the model and called back to agree with the replacement. He said he would get it in and ship to me. I then asked to be reimbursed for the $118.50 and he said that was my problem. I said that it wasn an in home warranty. He said that it was up to me take care of the investigation or determination of the problem. I asked how it was an in home warranty when I had to pay to get someone here. He said just a minute and put me on hold.


The line went dead a few minutes later. Now whenever I call his extension, it clicks and then I get a dial tone.
