Tech Pro Warranty, Warranty in their title is a LAUGH-They only deflect service calls until the customer just gives up- like me New York, New York

I purchased my Samsung UN40C6300 in Nov 2010 through Ed Nash World and the warranty for 5 years through Tech Pro. I tried placing a service call for a day via the phone and was continously cutoff without ever talking with a real person. I finally sent them a email at the advertised address. Waited a day with no response so called again numerous times with the same outcome. I then called Ed Nash World.

I at least was able to talk with a a human being without an accent and could actually understand them. They called Tech Pro and were informed Tech Pro was having phone problems and that Tech Pro would call me in an hour or early the next day. I know this will come as a surprise but there was no call-back. I called Ed Nash again. They patched me through to Tech Pro. I talked to an unconcerned individual there who informed me that I wasn't registered in their system. I registered and called back. I am now registered but can't place a service call for 1 year because of some nebulous waiting period.

I asked for my money back and was told that would not be a possibility. I asked if their business was merely in the business of ripping people off and they informed me that indeed was what they we in business for. I can just see one person working at Tech Pro supporting his family by taking money in and never ever providing any service. I guess no matter how old one gets or how much we want to believe in the inherent goodness of man, there will always be someone out there to bring us back to reality. Some people just have no conscience and they work at Tech Pro
