I wentb " online" looking for a WEB Design Company to do my New Company 's WEBPAGES and found a company called Tech Secure 411 LLc run by three very young 18 years old wannabees who I put my faith in to do my website.
First of all the owner who goes by the name of HUNTER GIAMBRA started this company roughly in November 2011 with no money. I was told he was conducting a computer repair company and started a side business of webdesining with another young man named Michael, also 18 years of age ande the GERU really call;ed Stephen. Hunter literally works out of his grandmothers garage accordinmg to him. I met with mthis so called owner and their real wesite designerv Stephen and took them out to a fine restaurant to discuss business. Well, this kid brings his girlfriend who was looking forv a FREE DINER and the Webdesigner who through one hour and a half said 6 wordsw... because he was too busy scarffing down the food to even open his mouth. The " KID " Hunter was Green behind thev ear, and youn could tell he was winging it. But... the price was right and I gave them the job. BIG MISTAKE. It took 6 weeks of constant battling these mooks to do what I asked to be done. The balls on Hunter Giambra was he really had NOM IDEA of what to do, because his so called DESIGNER " STEPHEN" was really the brains behind the webpages, design & production.
I started to get BAD VIBES and low and behold thev truth came out from Hunterv stating he was having difficulty with his production guy and was thinking of shutting things down. I later find out hunter was balls a*s broke. This is a wannabee kid calling himseld " the owner " of the business but couldn't afford to buy a new hard drive for $15.00 because he had no money. A week later we were in a general conversation about the website production, and he went on whinning about $625.00 he had to borrow from his parentas to nfix his car. What the hell... you don't tell a customer your broke. Jesus Christ are you STUPID or what ???
After 7 weeks of bitching, complaing, numerous phone conversations, and over 100 e-mails... these three Stooges finally finished the webpages to some degree of my approval. I had to scream at them to put photos up on the webpage that I ioriginally want. This kid gave me ulcers and I was spitting up blood and vinegar with them. What also pissed me off was they wanmted to be PAID IN FULL before I even saw the webpages, the script... which by thev way I composed, the photos I originally sent to them, the request for a blinking phone number... God... I also jumped out of my window... but I am on the3 first floor. I thought about diving in front of a moving train... but there are no trains in FLORI - DUH.
My Suggestion... DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS INDIVIDUAL or TECH SECURE 411 LLC, not if you want to keep your sanity . Deal with a professional company with a company whose staff, its owners, Directors and Design Team is TRIPLE AAA BONAFIDE EXPERTS. I am building a 2nd and Third website and going to use the company below.

I am the owner of the company, And have the right to a re-rebuttal.
The statement from " Rich Bruno " is all false and not correct. His statement also has a lot of spelling errors so i will correct what he was saying.
He says we are all 18 year's old. That is incorrect we have people in my company h*o are in there late 20's and early 80's. We do not turn jobs down to age.
Tech Secure 411, LLC Has AND Always will be Computer Repair, & Web Design. there was no side business for just one of those.
We do not " Work " Out of my grandmothers garage. That was a false statement and incorrect information. We work out of our homes and have that as a drop off point.
Richard " Bruno " Catti Did not take us out to a " Fine " Restaurant. We met up with him there with enough money to pay for our meals and he took the check from us and laid out $120 for the bill. We offered to pick up our own 3 meals and he can pay for his own. However he wanted to and would not let us pay.
It did not take 6 weeks to build his website... We bought the domain on the 5th of December and he gave us the money on the 3rd, and had his site done in 4 to 5 business days, And he just kept adding changes to the website . And he sent us several emails saying " Great job, You guys worked fast " Exc.
It also took him a month and a half about, To come up with the full payment we were nice and giving him a while to come up with the money because he said he was in the hospital for previous years and was living on disability. His exact words.
Hunter Giambra has never been broke. He had a job on and off and he quit his jobs. He has never been fired from one.He can afford a house without it being in foreclosure and have enough money to go out every weekend. He has never taken any money out of the Tech Secure 411,LLC Bank account for himself, He put his own hard working money from his previous job into the Tech Secure 411, LLC Bank account.
The Hard Drive we bought for our server that is quite old and we had to replace the failing drive. it was not $15.00 It was $150.00 I used the company account for that purchase not my own money. It was a company purchase and we only use the drive for the company.
When Richard Bruno Catti Says After seven weeks of b**ching, complaining, numerous phone conversations, and over 100 e-mails He is simply over reacting. He was very un-professional on the phone with the cursing, Racial Slurs, And threats. That me as a owner / CEO I always help the customer with their Web Design, & or Computer Repair needs.
We developed Richards website And deserve the payment that he made.
Tech Secure 411, LLC will not tell anyone not to use Richard Bruno Catti & or Catti & Associates
We at Tech Secure 411,LLC Will not turn a client away. If Richard had problems with us from the beging he should not of signed a contract with us, Or should of stopped working with us. We worked at a great speed for him even though he did not pay us fully to the middle of January, And he only paid for his web site, Not the optimization.

I am Michael Spears, the co-owner/lead web-designer/server administrator at Tech Secure 411, and this report is full of lies.
1) The hard drive mentioned in the report was for our server, and we did NOT have any issues purchasing a new one, unlike what Mr. Bruno/Richard Catti said.
2) We worked out of Hunter's grandparents garage, only as a way to get the ball rolling, we will have an actual office in a few weeks. As most people know, most people start their company out of their garage, UNTIL there's enough money to obtain an office.
3) How can you believe anyone with spelling as horrible as this guy?
4) The way Stephen acted at that meeting has been dealt with.
