Tech Support They use computer so they can fix the slow process they sent $775 to my checking by mistake instead of $175 and told me to send the $600 in google play store cards. What they did was send $775 from my savings to my checking, they didi not send money but conned me $600.The bank can't do anything with them because they did not take any money from the account. They got hold of my savings and checking account once they were in my computer took money from savings and sent it to my checking then let me believe they sent too much money for refund. Once I realized they took money from my savings
I called the bank I could not get the $600 back because it was not them that took it. The bank advised for me to change all my accounts. It was a hasstle I had to call all the direct deposit and all the companies who has to debit for my insurance. I have to ask my son for money to pay the bills. One of them called me and said he'll return the $600 but he wants my account to send it back in no uncertain terms I told him they are scammers and I won't let him get into my new account. I told him to send it by check or money order or he can send it to my walmart money card. He said that's their procedure to sit to my bank. I'd rather lose $600 than this people get into my accounts again. I will never let any online tech on my computer. I hope this will be help to others, if someone tells you that they are sending you refund, let them send it by money order. Don't let anyone work on your computer online.
