Thanks for the opportunity of filing a report about TechForLess.com. I would NEVER recommend anyone to purchase from this terrible company. I'm referring to a defective product sold by TechForLess.com The order was placed online on Sat Nov 26th (Sales Receipt Insignia NS-BRDVD3-CA Single Disc HDMI Blu-ray Player. Cost: $50.97, Shipping and Handling charges: $9.77 Total: $60.74. I paid for this item with a Visa card, using the Google Checkout platform on this company's website). I received the player On Dec2,2011. The product is defective, I haven't been able to use it; the tray for inserting discs doesn't open at all. I left 6 voice messages at this company's answering machine service (Customer Service Department) and also sent 4 emails explaining the situation in all detail and asking for instructions about returning this item. I have not received any response from them about my complain, it's obvious they do not care about their customers... I feel cheated and I'm pretty sure I've lost my money. Stay away from TechForLess.com!!!
