Complaint Review: Techie Bank - James Kila - Brent Cross Bank - Williams Osaga

I was contacted in febuary by James,Kila who offered me 10 Million. Just yesterday him & Williams Osaga were suppose to finish the transfer but now the Brent Cross Bank in London is wanting an anti-terrorist certificate and wanting more money for it. I want my $6,800.00 back or the transfer to be completed. My uncle George had to die and start all this caos. Please let me know if they are real or fraud.
