I ordered a case for my Kindle Fire. When I checked my order status, it showed as processing, and then showed it was a "preorder". I did not order this as a preorder, I wanted to purchase it now. In other words, they do not have the item. They went ahead and charged my credit card, though! I emailed them and also called--no response. I left messages for them on facebook and still no response--but they did delete my messages. They were doing it AS I TYPED--they could have called me and solved this, no? It is fraud to sell things you do not have! All I want is a refund! Should never have ordered from this company--what kind of company has no customer service representatives? No matter what time you call, no one answers the phone and they do not respond to messages. AVOID this company!
