I placed an order on December 5 for a Vera Bradley Kindle Fire case that was listed on the website as being "In Stock".  I place my order with TechieWarehouse because Amazon and others were sold out of the particular item that was to be a Christmas gift but it was "In Stock" on the TechieWarehouse website.  

It is December 24 and the order is still listed as "Processing".  Shipping was supposed to be 5-10 days for the in-stock item.  

Meanwhile, the website is still listing the case as "In Stock" (Vera Bradley Kindle Case "Lime's Up").  No follow up communication from the company that they apparently did not actually have possession of the item as represented on their website and i guess they're having as much trouble finding it as I was....Although they do say it is in stock today on their website... http://www.techiewarehouse.com/ProductDetails.asp?ProductCode=VR016-103-23-j85

"Customer Service" consists of a web form that you have to fill out and someone will supposedly get back to you in 1-3 days.  No phone number anywhere.  

I'll follow up if/when I hear from them.  Until then, I'll have to tell the person that I ordered this for about this company and situation.
