It is sad that i have to wait for 3 weeks First off they told me to download all these stuff to my computer and when i was do to contact with their tech on via chat. so I did that then they told me to check back the next day in the morning, so I did and no one was on line, so i emailed them and they told me to give them time and that they will be online soon. so i waited for 1 hour and then emailed them back to tell them that no one is on line yet and what is going on. They got back to me and told me that they are having internet issues and to check back on Monday, now keep in mine that this falls on Memorial Day so again no one was on line. so i waited until Tuesday, now i'm at this point of thinking that it is going to be ok now I emailed them to see if their internet issue was resolved, and they told me yes and that i need to get online with tech because they are going to get off in about 30 mins. so i get on and gave them all the info they need and all the same info that i gave them in the beginning and they told me check back in 2days!!!! I was like WHAT!!!!!! and they told me that they need to check on more things. So the way that they are saying it in this video is not as they do things ..... phone is sprint and a samsung s 7

You placed your order on May 25th which was right before Memorial Day weekend so no you did not wait for 3 weeks. We told you that we would be closed for the holidays and to check back on Tuesday to get the unlock done. On Tuesday, you came to get the unlock done minutes before closing which is not ample time to get the unlock done. We simply asked you to return the next day to get it done where we would have more time to work on your unlock. We sent you multiple emails and called you multiple times to solve this issue but did not hear back from you. We have issued you a full refund. We wish you the best in unlocking your phone elsewhere. Sorry for any inconveniences.
