TechNetMicro Selling Pirated Software and refusing to refund purchase price. Louisville KY Nationwide
After spending over $550.00 for software I was informed by the legitimate software manufacture that the software I purchased was not properly licensed and not a genuine product. When Technetmicro was contacted today I had to call twice to reach a person and that person was in the sales department. I was told that i would getAfter spending over $550.00 for software I was informed by the legitimate software manufacture that the software I purchased was not properly licensed and not a genuine product. When Technetmicro was contacted today I had to call twice to reach a person and that person was in the sales department. I was told that i would get nothing without an invoice number and that even then they would only issue a discount on another software purchase.
Why would I want to send them MORE money??
