Complaint Review: TECHNICAL INTERNATIONAL

I made a purchase from abv company recieved it,it was not what I wanted,phoned the store spoke to the manager he told me to send the package back for a full refund,package was sent back next day I paid to send it back so that they would not be charged extra fees,packaged was recieved on there in on 7-7-04 at 11:07am at there docks signed for by Ruggerio. TRACKING#12250x120318077750 and I have a copy of the post office money order I sent It was cashed,when I call them,they keep telling me the owner is at lunch on vacation,he has had more vacations in the past month,and lunch is always and all day thing with this guy.I sent there product right back and I would like to get my$285.00 back it will be a month on the seventh of August I have contacted them everyday since the seventh.The person I spoke to name is Victor he say's he's the manager but he is not able to help me only Lou can refund money,I have even left my information so he could contact me no respond.Please help me....
