Complaint Review: Technical Sweeping Services

Ron Polly offers technical assistance to you and claims that he can fix your Johnston 4000 street sweepers by telling your mechanic what to do.  And that you have 24/7 access to him. NOT THE CASE AT ALL. He got our money and the next day he was not available. He was out of the country for a week.  He claimed he knew what was wrong with our equipment when he really should have said he had no idea and would have to do a process of elimination which we had already done. This man sells parts for the equipment as well.  In the end he said that we would have to pull all of the hydraulic hoses, the cylinders, the pumps and replace the variable motor as well. Also all the hydraulic motors. And guess who has all the parts for it. He does.  He knew all of this without even looking at the sweeper.  He told us that the variable motor never goes on the sweepers and now he is saying we have to replace it. Said the pumps were bad. I had them tested and they work fine. This man is a waste of time and money. Stick with the manufacture of the equipment if you have questions. He worked for them at one point and he seems bitter with them.
