Technology Solutions Group ripoff Took Service contract money provided no service according to contract fraudulent ripoff business Carlsbad California
Triangular Church Of Religious Science which i'm the minister purchased a konica copier model 3340 from Technology Solutions the first part of 2003. We have a video tape of Craig Bryant who is the president of Technology Solutions who personally came to our church to demonstrate the features that the copier has.
Also on the tape is audio of Mr Bryant describing the terms of the Service Contract cost $345.00 a yr that provides toner for a year and maintainence on the copier.
Mr. Bryant says he was working the Black church circuit because he was helping black churches caught up with technology. So if your church has been burned by Technology Solutions I suggest you file a ripoff report which I have done. We tried for 3 months to contact Tecnology Solutions to no avail. All phone numbers have been disconnected and no forwarding numbers. No mail from them annoucing a move or closure of the company.
