I returned the Memory Foam via Insured mail on 10/08/02. Tracking information for the Insured mail was as follows: Posted on 10/08/2002 at 12:05 and was delivered to TechoBrands(handles the returned items for Technoscout) on 10/16/2002 at 14:42.

On 10/30/2002 I inquired from Techoscout Customer Services why the dollar amount for the Memory Foam had not yet been credited to my account. I was then informed that they had no record of the item being returned. I was asked to provide proof that the item had been returned. I then provided them documented proof of copies from the US Postal Services that the item was delivered on 10/16/2002 at 14:42 and signed for by one of Techobrands representatives. The customer services representative then assured me that they would post the credit to my account.

HERE IS WHERE I AM, BUT THERE IS AN IDENTICAL REPORT ON TECHNOSCOUT, SO IDENTICAL THAT I"VE JUST COPY PASTE THE SAME WORDS. BUYER WE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY SCAM......

Another misleading advertisement "30 day 100% customer satisfaction guaranteed by Technoscout". The "100% customer satisfaction" guarantees that you will be refunded the full amount if you are not happy with the purchase and you return the item within 30 days. I returned the item well within the 30 day period and as can be see by my report, they still have not refunded the amount and its more than 2 months after I returned the item. What can one do about companies like Techoscout who use misleading advertisement to get customers?????
