i have been trying to contact TechProKings after buying the microsoft office 2016 plus since 03/11/2017 to let them know that the serial code dosent work to activate it ! sent them 5 e mails and the phone number dosent work !!!!! SO i hope this is not a SCAM ! Alan

Mark at TechProKings got back with me by E-mail, thay said sorry about that activation code not working and thay had tested a new activation key and it seems to working fine for me !!! All i can say in a would full of scam artests on the internet , its is nice to have good custermer service ..... Thanks Alan
