they called me informing me that software they installed had been corrupted. IP address was hacked. I never realized that they installed software in my computer and was able to watch my activity. On an average they cslled at least 10 times a day forcing me to make changes to my telephone number. Within 5 minutes i received 7 calls all with automatic voice and I must call back.I do not this company and do not allow anybody into my compiuters. I have three computers and I ask them whcih computer was it installed on plus the name of the security software installed andd how to re,mmove it. One jerk (sorry) that it was an apple problem and I must buy a license. Then they hung up not reponding to any of my questions.
