Complaint Review: TechScaler

TechScaler No Follow-up, No Support, Internet

Contacted TechScaler on Nov 16th, about repairing a damaged laptop.  Left a message.  Called again on Nov 20th, spoke with a repair tech and then brought the laptop to their office to have it inspected on the 21st.

The tech looked it over, said they would order the parts and schedule a time to replace the parts.  The tech guessed it would be just a couple of days to get the parts and then an hour to install them.

Called TechScaler on Nov 28th to see if the parts had arrived, but no one answered, so I left a message.

Called TechScaler on Dec 3rd, same, no answer so I left a message.  Also sent an email to their support address, and it was returned undeliverable.

Called TechScaler on Dec 4th, no answer, left another message.

Called TechScaler on Dec 5th, again, no answer and left a message.

Drove to TechScaler on Dec 6th at noon, asked where the tech was and was told he was out, but that he would return the following day and the person I spoke with assured me the original tech would return my call.

On Dec 7th I called again at the end of the day, of course no answer and left my last message.  It is now Dec 11th, I've still not heard back from TechScaler.

If you want to waste your time, become very frustrated and not have your problem resolved, then TechScaler is your company.
