Sent phone for screen repair, they damaged the phone, stole my original parts including the motherbaord (the main part of the phone and won't take responsiility or even respond to my messages.

Worst experience on eBay ever. AVOID AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE! I sent my Samsung Galaxy S7 smartphone in for cracked screen replacement, received my phone with new screen but phone isn't usable. Phone severely overheats and battery goes from 100% to 0% in 30 minutes then shuts down. Phone sent back to the store to repair but received second time in exact same condition. My phone was damaged during screen replacement and store will not accept responsibility and now ignores my many messages completely.





Initial repair took longer than 1 to 3 business days as stated in the listing. Second look repair for the damage they caused failed and it seems they didn't repair the phone or tried to repair it but failed to test the phone at all. Returned the phone with the exact same problems I sent it back in for. (Not usable, phone severely overheats and battery goes from 100% to 0% in 30 minutes then shuts down.) I had to pay for shipping back to seller even though they caused damage th the phone while replacing the screen. Communication should be better when delays happen. I was told it was shipped when it wasn't.

I wasn't accurately told what was wrong with the phone when the store had it for second look repair for the damage they caused. I wasn't offered a refund, another repair, a replacement used phone or anything. Seller ignores my messages completely. All of this has taken over 5 weeks since I first paid for this service and now I'm left with a phone worth $0! eBay will not cover my damaged phone, they said "We're sorry you had a problem with your purchase. However, this item isn't covered by the eBay Money Back Guarantee. After reviewing all the details of this case, we determined that you won't receive a refund." As I said "Worst experience on eBay ever". AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!
