Complaint Review: TechTraders.ca Or Hashem Barakat

The same scenario for me. Mr. Hashem Barakat a.k.a "Sam" cashed my check on Nov. 8th and his URL was been suspended as of 11.14. Leaving no way to communicate with TechTraders. My last email was the scam about receiving payment and the forthcoming shipment confirm. The notice I have from the canadian web administrator said the suspension was done by court order. I have corresponded with Earth Mail and found out that their service scans in all his mail and sends a copy of actual pieces in PDF form. Mr. Barakat then decides what is forwarded to him and what is thrown away. Hence, the difficulty with any authorities reaching him. Remember we sent our check to the Earth Mail address in Beaverton Oregon. I am not saying that they are doing anything knowingly wrong. The bottom line is that a digital document exists or existed with copies of all of our payments. The comment by Mark defending TechTraders is Mark Mayo the TechTraders web admin. I found this on the CA URL extention. Any new updates on this are appreciated.
