Complaint Review: Tecon Water Company

I am writing to, once again, say that Tecon is a ripoff company. I live in an area where I was told I could not change water company or dig a well (rural area of the DFW metroplex). I know that there is water on my property and they have told me that I cannot dig. Anyway, they are not interested in the well being of the customer, as they will not give you the chance to pay the bill before the water is shut off while the guy is at the property. This company is very communistic in their practices and should be avoided at all costs!
