This guy leaves a slime trail wherever he goes. He reaches new lows, even for a lawyer. It seems incapable of telling the truth, plays every dirty trick in the book, is totally incompetent and is never fair or decent. His behavior during the lawsuit was reprehensible. He even managed to insult the judge. Avoid this guy like the plague. He will bring you down with him.

I did meet with Mr. Sumner and he did represent me (albeit poorly in my opinion). Talk to other lawyers in the community to find out more about this attorney as he has a bad reputation for unfair play and unimpressive performance. My previous review is accurate. Do your homework on this guy.

This comment is false. I have no recollection of representing either a Tom (the person posting) or Ed (the person signing) this report. I have been peer rated by Martindale-Hubbel as CV, meaning that I have above average legal skills and the highest ethical standards.
