This attorney blatantly lies, is totally incompetent, has questionable billing practices and is one of the scummiest people (he doesn't deserve to be called a person actually- he is more like pond scum) you could ever meet. Avoid contact with this lawyer. He is bad news. The level of lying and underhanded, nasty, mean tricks he pulls is just astounding. He can't be trusted at all.

This is not a false report as Mr. Sumner says. He claims that he never represented a Dave in OR City, but I lived in OR City at the time and worked in downtown Portland, which he may not remember. As far as the billing issue goes, of course he doesn't do his own billing, but he does track the time he spends with clients and gives this information to whomever does the billing and I felt that he did not accurately record the actual time he spent (e.g. a 30 minute meeting was billed as an hour, what seems like it should have only taken a few minutes for something such as an email was billed for 15 minutes or more, etc.).
Dealing with him was such a bad experience that I wanted to set the record straight.

I do not agree with this report. I cannot tell if this this was posted by Tom or Dave, neither of which I had as clients in Oregon City. As an associate lawyer in this firm, I did not have control over the billing practices.
