Complaint Review: Tee 4 Cool Grandma

Their Facebook page looks legit, but there is NO WAY it is. Thanks to their bulls*** lies, my mom doesn't have a Christmas present from us. I ordered this 4 days BEFORE THANKSGIVING because it takes 2-4 weeks. I was told on the 15th it was shipped. I followed back up on the 21st and the email here said it was returned, but immediately sent back to me. I followed up again today and I'm told it is in printing. Also, if you call the phone number, u don't even get a business name. It goes straight to an automated voicemail and your calls are NEVER returned. I know the holidays aren't about stuff like this, but I already struggle with the holidays every year and between Epic pulling their s***, these people scamming me for my money and my mom's present, and being canceled from yet ANOTHER shift, I'm DONE. JUST DONE. ***update*** according to " http://m.ripoffreport.com" they are scamming people left and right. So, I guess my mom won't be getting the precious gift that I thought she ordered. I'm SUPER PISSED AND SUPER HURT
