Use caution and do your reserch before working for or doing buisness with Tee Time Lawn Care in Plainfeild IL, O falon IL, Or Davenport IA. This company is a prime example of pursuing profits at any cost. The list is very long on problems with this company. Much like the big lawn care companies they operate on lies, poor ethics, and no concern for the employee, the customer or worse of all the environment.
The facts are all there if investigated. There is very little knowlege on the products or how exactly to use them or back ground in horticulture. They use the cheapest equipment, cheapest products and send uneducated low paid convicts and drug users that are generally not licensed or educated to the products or the label law on the products to apply them on ther customers properties. They do not provide or emplement proper PPE according to ocea standards and do hot have proper chemical storage or fill systems in the facilitys. When a truck needs emptied it gets dumped where ever.
The sales of the company are sold on a lie stating they are a family owned local company. They also lie about the products stating that they use organic products that is also not true. Like other profit based company they will go out in the rain. In 100 degree heat and in higher wind conditions. All of these things are not good for the customers or the environment. The fact that they offer a free service call should show that one the quaility of work is not high and that they do not follow the law because legally you must follow the label on the pestacides being used and these labels state that you can not reapply these products to the same area with in a stated time period. That time period is well beyond the time that they will return to you property and re apply the pestacide.
Companies like this are ruining the american way of life and our planet. Educate your self and do not do buisness or work for such companies.

I used to work for the Plainfield location, and let me tell you..everything stated above is 100% true. The manager himself said he doesn't have to supply proper PPE, but OSHA requires it. He has sent me, myself, and multiple other employees out, unlicensed to use the chemicals. The employees are also underpaid, and me and a few other employees. At least 4. I don't know if there's any others for certain have not been given our final pay checks, and have received many excuses while trying to obtain them. Many of the People hired there do not know anything about lawn service, and many are too lazy to even care to do a good job to the lawn. This is probably due to the fact that there's no screening process when hiring new employees.
I have heard rumors that someone has hit a kid while on the job, and one guy was always messed up on Xanax. The old shop mechanic used to be a drug dealer and sold to all the employees and managers. The Unprofessionalism of this company is unreal. Many of the trucks are also in horrible condition. Many are illegal to drive due to headlights, and tail lights being out. Some don't have A/C. They don't care how lawns look as long as you "did" them and left an invoice on the door for them to make money. They are truly scammers. The company owner is also nuts. The stuff people do for a dime. But the purpose of this was to reiterate that the report in responding to is 100% true. I experienced it first hand. Only myself, and a few other employees actually cared about doing our jobs correctly.
