I ordered a T-shirt from Teecity.com in early May. I assumed it was a legitimate site, but admit I did not do my background research. I found the company through a sponsored Facebook ad for a Star Wars Dad T-Shirt I thought would be a nice gift for my daughter to give her dad. Placed the order in early May. Ten days later, I received a shipping confirmation. However, the shirt never arrived. It has been a full month since I placed my order and i have yet to receive the shirt nor do I have any idea of its whereabouts since tracking information says it's either lost or was never sent. I emailed the company to inquire about my missing shirt. I got a quick response at first from someone named "Mary L." who said she would investigate the issue. I followed up in a few days when I did not hear back. I have now followed up 4 times and no one will email me back. The site does not list a number to call, and the return/refund instructions are vague at best.

I took my troubles to the company's public Facebook page and posted a message on its wall asking for help with my order. A few hours later, my message was deleted. I posted my message again, and again it got deleted. Obviously they were trying to hide a customer's disatisfaction. I sent them a private Facebook message as weLl and no response. I believe this company is a scam. They have non-existent customer service, no physical business address (only location I can track down is West Chester, OH, which is apparently where it's computer's IP address is located) and only vague details about getting support for an existing order. There is literally no way to get in touch with them except email (assuming they respond) and maybe social media if you are lucky and they don't delete your posts. I have now disputed the charge on my credit card, filed a Better Business Bureau request to have them investigated, reported them as scammers on Facebook, and called them out publicly on my own social media platforms as scammers. DO NOT ORDER FROM TEECITY.COM.
