I had signed up for a three-day "free" trial with teenfarm.com, and was forced to use my credit card for age verification. I cancelled my "free" trial the next day (well within the three day window) and received email notification of same.

When I checked my credit card statement, I found I had been charged $49.99 for membership to teenfarm.com. I wrote an email to customer service at supabill.com (the managing entity for teenfarm.com) citing their Terms and Conditions statement and including my email confirmation, both of which clearly proved I was entitled to a refund (seeing as how I never should have been charged in the first place).

I re-submitted my email two more times before I finally elicited a response saying that my refund had been approved and it would take 15 business days to process. After 15 business days had passed, and no refund had surfaced, I wrote customer service again to inquire about the status. It was at this time that supabill.com wrote me back to say that due to an error "beyond their control", they were unable to grant my refund, but rather would offer me one month of free membership to teenfarm.com!

I have declined the free month, I am disputing the charge with my credit card company, and I am sending them daily email reminders to contact me so they can end this nonsense.
