I ordered this software from 90secondwebsitebuilder back in the later part of
December 2008. It is to be very simple, even his grandchild could use it. It was made with ready made templates that you could drag and drop. Easy~
Being a newbie and needing a website, I purchased it for $57 at a discount with a 30 day money back guarantee. After trying it for about three weeks
and getting absolutely no where. I asked for a refund January 17, 2009.
That was then, this is now, March 13, 2009. No Refund, nasty letters if any at all. Promised a refund back in first part of February and still I wait.
I say all this to help you newbies out there. Stay away from the Newbie Site.
Even the phone number that they give, 'get this', you have to enter a code
to speak to anyone. Where do you get the code? Huh?
Run from them, they will Rip You Off. They certainly don't stand behind their
promises.

I am building websites to make a living and I have many website builders. 1000s of templets to choose from, but when a customer wants a custom site I turn to 90 second website builder. Anyone should be able to build a simple site on it.
However 90 second website builder is loaded with professiona; features that take a while to master. I have been using 90 second website builder for over 10 years and still learn something new everytime I build a site. No way is this company a rip off.

This business is running by one individual who claims has over 26000 members. If this true, then that is the reason poor and unacceptable customer service. To many customers, customer service is an important factor for user satisfaction but that function does not exist and is badly suffered. I purchased the software for a possible adoption for the college I am working for. I installed it on Windows 8.1. However, after the third try, it stopped working. I uninstalled and reinstalled the software several times without any result. I contacted the owner and I received a half sentence response, telling me what I have already done. As I pursued my demand, his responses turned into harsher tones and insulting. As expected, he blamed my system for this issue. I am putting together a video for issues with this software, customer service, and behavior of the owner.

I have been using 90 Second Website Builder for almost two years. There is a learning curve as there is for any new software. There are videos on any subjest that may have stumped you. I have also called and have always have had my issures resolved.
This is am excellent product and it is ashame that it is blasted on this website. A site I have always respected and used.
