I am with a Mortgage Company. After soliciting our business and taking our money, we got no "leads".
They would not return calls or respond to any messages we left demanding an explanation and reimbursement.
I also found out that the credit agency they supposedly were getting credit scores from was a lie. They are not working with them at all. They obviously made us many promises they couldn't keep.

I am with a mortgage Company. After Tele-Ten solicited us via fax, promised guaranteed "leads", got our parameters and took our money we didn't hear from them.
A person professing to be a "quality control" person called once to see how we were doing. We were not satisfied with the lack of response and told him so. That was the last we saw or heard.
They will not return our phone calls nor will they respond to messages we've left.
We are a small business and this was not "pocket change" that we paid to them.
