Telebrand I placed an order for earlifts on 11/21 & they deducted my money on 11/24. I called 2 wks ago and they informed me that its on back order and will rcvd. Its now 12/23, called and cust.rep. very rude! stated the product is discontinued and we will credit your money back, yet do not know when. After demanding to speak with someone to find out when I should expect a credit I was hung up twice!!!!!!! Fairfield New Jersey

So now I am left wondering when/if I will rcvd a refund.
I should have known something was wrong when the number listed on my bank stmt was not the number of the company they deducted my funds.
