I bought a PedEgg from Walgreens. There was an insert for a ring. I called to purchase it and was offered a Jewerly Club. I did not comply. I was charged

TEL*JEWELRY-COLLECTION860-232-8478 NJ US with Card -$23.95 without compliance. Does anyone know how I can resolve this?
