Sent an email offer of a BarkOff device for $9.99 plus 6.99 for shipping.

At screen two in entering order information I selected the $9.99 offer and screen three popped up with a quantity order of 4 devices for a total of $59.96 sales tax of 7.49 and shipping for 20.97 for a total of $88.42.  At no point was there an option to review the order to confirm, remove or add????????

I tried to contact them immediately on the 800 number and could not get through.
They're order confirmation was sent immediately to my email stating "Please note that due to heavy telephone call volume at our customer service centers, it may be difficult to get through to our customer representatives and you may experience busy phone signals.  However should you wish to phone us and to avoid a long wait, it is suggested that you call on Thursday or Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm EST."

So I sent three emails after that to the only email address I could detect which shows as: "Customer Support" <reporting@popais.deskpilot.com>.

Never heard a word.

Next morning my credit card was charged.

I telephoned and was noteably upset - and hung up on.
I telephoned back - asked for supervisor - stayed calm and was told my call was being 'released'?

I called my bank - no help there.
I filed police report.
I telephoned BarkOff (Julio #21) who told me to return product once received indicating RETURN TO SENDER (which I did) and now I'm hoping like h#$% I get my money back.
