Complaint Review: Telebrands Customer Service

This company charged me twice after I called and informed them of the change in my order. I made the $99.88 order on the second of September and made the change to $40.00 on the third of September. The Rep. Stated that She noted that I had made a change in the order and she see that the order will be changed and the customer service people will reimburse me the differance.

I was charge $98.88 for one order and $40.00 for another order. I call 1-973-227-8777 to day and the Rep informed me that it will be sometime in the future before any changes. I have mail the first $98.88 back today. can I get some understanding.
