I recently purchased the Heeltastic foot creme from Telebrands. When I realized I was paying more for the shipping than the order I immediately ( within the first hour of ordering) called to cancel the order. I was informed that it would take 2 business days to get the order into the system and I would have to call back. I called back on the second day right after they opened and was then informed that my order had already been processed and that they could not cancel the order. I was given the runaround as to why I was told to call back and then still could not cancel my order. I wonder now if I will even get the product I ordered

Stay away from those Telebrands infomercials!

Those infomercials are real ripoff's...when you call they try to upsell you on a variety of items and/or services. The whole idea is to get your cc number to charge you monthly on something - with or without your being aware of it.

If you actually want the product only, just go to your local drugstore. It is much easier to walk into Walgreens or CVS and just buy the product, Heeltastic foot cream, off the shelf. There is an area in the store usually labeled "As seen on TV" - and you don't have to mess with add on orders or worry about extra charges to your credit card. Best of all, you get the product and use it immediately without waiting for 'processing and handling' by Telebrands and other companies like them.

In the meantime, send something in writing canceling the order. Contact your cc company and tell them you canceled the order and have not received the product. Follow their instructions to credit your account. Most of all WATCH your account in the coming months to make sure that you don't get additional charges for items/services you did not order. A good example of that is a monthly charge for an 'auto' reorder program. Good luck.
