Complaint Review: TeleBrands

TeleBrands Shipped me 3 Lint Lizards w/o any authorization from me; charged my credit card for $35.96 - Ido not know how they got my cc #--I have never purchased anything from them. Cannot reach anyone; there i Pacoima, California

I received 3 packages in mail from Telebrands.  All 3 packages contained a Lint Lizard Deluxe.  According to the packing slip there was suppose to be 4 shipped.  They have charged my credit card for $35.96 w/o my authorization.

I went to their web site trying to contact someone - no place to contact by email available.  I tried calling the 1-800 & was put on hold several times & no one ever came on line.

I have contacted my credit card company to see if they can help me.  I want to know how they got my credit card information.  I have never ordered anything from them that I am aware of & I most definitely did not order 4 Lint Lizards. 

According to what I am reading from other people conned by them, if I do reach anyone, they will tell me to ship them back & then I will never receive a credit & will then be out the shipping charges as well.

I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau but that will not help get my money back that I now have to pay.  What is to keep them from doing this again ?
