I ordered the buy one, get one free Shoes Under as seen on TV. Besides being extremely poor quality (basically they cannot be pushed under the bed without all bunching up into a pile of shoes, the dividers are not attached to the bottom and it is just flimsy canvass with no backing), they sent me four of them and charged me. I spoke with 6 different people at the customer service line.

Their "policy" is that even if I send back their mistake, I still have to pay for the shipping and handling on the 2 extra ones, even though I did not order them. If I send back the whole package (which I would love to do because their product does not function as advertised), I still have to pay $23. What should have cost me $26.02, they charged my card $44.37, and refuse to resolve the issue. Supposedly, "corporate" was to call me back. After they said (3 times) that they had left 3 separate messages, I never got a call back.
