TELEBRANDS Slimaway Telebrands sent a postcard stating they would not charge my credit card, BUT DID ANYWAYS!!!!! Fairfield, New Jersey

I went online to order the Slimaway product from Telebrands. They make it very confusing first of all. They say "Buy one get one free" just pay S & H. I placed my order and printed my receipt. That's when I knew this was going to be a mistake ordering from this company. It showed what I ordered PLUS an additional Slimaway. Total: $30.98 for a $10 tv offer. That was on 3/22/2012. I called that instant to fix the order. On 4/3/2012 I received a postcard from Telebrands stating my order had been cancelled and that no charges were made to my credit card, i checked my credit card to find that $20.98 had been charged TWICE. I instantly called them to cancel the order and tell them to refund my money instantly, only to hear 7-10 business days. I went off. I told them if they took it out in a matter of seconds they can put it back in a matter of seconds. I meant every word of it too. I will be contacting the BBB and whoever else I need to so this doesn't happen to anyone else. I still haven't received my refund either, but I will be calling again today and every day afterwards until it is refunded.....be careful when ordering from telebrands......DON'T!
